i dont think so. if i knew max personally i would have kicked his head in long ago. not because he stole the money and all that, but because he lied for soooo long and kept saying everything was going fine......i cant stand lies, but the fact that it went on so long makes it even worse.

just waiting on your track buddy....if i can get it today or tomorrow i can get this sucker off to the pressing plant early next week before i go into hospital.
then wait for tests and print the art once i get back to work in about 3 weeks.
but yeah i would like to get the ball rolling before i start pissing claret again.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Rank. I know he was headed back to the hospital for another kidney operation soon and I assume that's where he is. I should drop him a line and see if he answers. I sent him half the money, which he says is enough to get the process (mastering, etc.) started. He's supposed to send me a test pressing when it's ready, and if it passes muster, I will send the rest of the money and we'll get this bad boy finished.

sorry for the delay....but yeah i will be getting test pressing this week....whats that address again and i will get a copy in the post to you... [I replied with my address]
but yeah its full steam ahead....had some trouble mastering all the different material which ended up costing a little more but im sure we will be happy with the end result.
No mention of the lock groove, so I assume the idea came too late. Sorry!

No news on the test pressing yet.
I haven't seen the new cover art myself. I'm sure it's fine. Guy was pretty upset about how previous cover art got leaked and picked apart, and I'd like that not to happen this time. He's been nice enough, once I supplied the money, to handle the whole thing in spite of his health problems, so I'm going to *ahem* let him have his head.

OK, I just heard from Guy/Rank:
Side A had to be re-cut. He should get the test pressing sometime this week in Australia, then he will send it to me here in the States. The plant is ready to press them as soon as we give the go-ahead and pay the rest of the money.
