i was just wondering.
since the deadline for the track is April 1st.
and the deadline for payment is sometime later in the month.
when should the 7" be coming out.
im guessing it wont be until july or beyond, let me know if im wrong.
i just really want to see what other stuff is going to be on the 7".

i read max's thing about the hand drawn cover art, i was just wondering if you could tell us what it's a picture of.
and will the artist names and track titles be on the other side of the record, or will it be on some kind of inlay.
i have no problem either way, but i would prefer if it was on the back.
im looking forward to hearing everybody elses tracks, im sure they'll all be great.

oi. um, a bit of a set back has come about - i have to set up my paypal account... first i have to set up a new bank account (which i guess i put off a bit longer than i should have)... but whatever, i lost my wallet which had my ID in it which makes openning a bank account fucking tuff. and i've been out of town for a bit playing a few shows soooooooooooooooo... so i may not have that set for like three weeks???? that's my guess anyway.
anyway all the tracks sound fucking great... i think only one or two are still waiting to have gotten to me... i think so anyway... yeah, i'll check on that when im less tired and passing out at my keyboard....

the records will be ready as soon as they possibly can be.. it will all depend on payments coming in (which to my fault has been set back) and how long URP takes. i'm gonna start looking for someone to master the tracks and should have something together by friday... i hope.
as far as the visual artist's credit... the vinyl will come with a black and white slip printed on either side.. one side will be all the artist's and their track titles.. the flip side i'd like to include everyone's contact information or URLs or what ever and on that side the visual artists info will be as well.
and what's it going to look like? i should know soon enough. rest assured i trust Deitrich the artist more than most - i;ve gone to art school, and known many "artists"... this guy's stuff is fucking brilliant. ..... so yeah, that work likely won;t be done til shortly before it;s needed as i haven't spoken to Deitrich in a little bit about it.....

Art school. *sigh* Memories.... I didn't attend one but I hung out at one for a couple of years when my best friend did. If you have to be homeless, that's a good place to do it. Just make friends with the freaks and you're off to the races. I still have a soft spot in my heart for that crowd, and feel less like the man who fell to earth there than anywhere else.

OK, I have gone back to Old Reliable (my LiveJournal avatar). For those of you who think that is shit, I dunno what to tell you except that maybe someday I'll have a real artist (like Mutley) do something better.
Gurp, if you really like the kitten pic, it's on the HE! front page right now. I got it from a now-defunct furry pr0n archive called Pure Yiff; it was in some artist's "Other" section. I don't remember who, but I do remember that he gave blanket permission for its redistribution, so there you go.

still waiting on blearg's and khonnor's tracks. have someone to master it now - which is good... will have all the paypal info up soon... i know khonnor's gonna have something in the next couple of days... blaerg... i need his info... sorry... i;ve been working full time lately in a very stressful situation and i've been distracted. im going to say that if all the payments come in smoothely after i post the paypal info and blaerg appears with a track. this should take no more than a month. the art is just about finished... looks brilliant. im excited and sorry i haven't updated in a while... im one of those ass-holes that sometimes doesn;t say much before anything's concrete... sorry. other than the one track the paypal delay that really didn;t need to happen (my fault) - everythings running smoothely... this weekend i'll have the paypal info up. if all the info seems skattered - it;s cause im kinda drunk or high or something and im too tired to edit this so it;d be cohesive (i know i spelt that worng... i just know it).... anyway, yuppers.

since blearg has dropped out i've emailed everyone about a $6 increase in payment to cover the minute - rather than fill the slot, i figure the extra $6 will get us a better pressing, and there'll be less complications about having so many gaps and tracks on a 7"... once i know what's going GURP is going to accept all the payments... then it;s going to get pressed once they're all in.
im also going to be putting in an additional $200 into this it seems... im not complaining or even asking anyone tpo help out with this (honestly, i'll turn you down), but the mastering i think is shady and i don't trust it - just because it's a vinyl master and i really don;t think my friend knows what he's doing. what sucks though is URP doesn;t master for their clients. which is a load of horseshit if you ask me... it just means more people to go through which as we learned on CBML leads to complications... im just gonna do some price hunting today find out where i can get it done for in around $150-250... SO that's the status. someitme in june they should be done n'ready.
if the apocalypse comes around before then.... i think we'll have bigger issues...
